Finding Patients

Use the search bar to find patients quickly by name, MRN, or date of birth.

  • Type a patient's full or partial name
  • Enter an MRN number (e.g., P-2024-001)
  • Search by DOB in MM/DD/YYYY format
  • Results update in real-time as you type
Filtering the Patient List

Narrow your patient list using the dropdown filters above the table.

  • Status — filter by Active, Inactive, or Pending
  • Practice — view patients from a specific practice location
  • Provider — see patients assigned to a particular provider
  • Risk Level — focus on High, Medium, or Low risk patients
  • Filters can be combined for precise results
Patient Actions

Each patient row includes quick-action buttons:

  • View — opens full patient profile with all tabs
  • Edit — directly edit patient demographics
  • Schedule — create a new appointment
  • More — access notes, SMS, and billing options

Click a patient's name to open their full profile.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple patients for batch operations:

  • Check individual rows or use the header checkbox to select all
  • Bulk assign a provider or practice
  • Export selected patients to CSV or PDF
  • Send bulk SMS notifications
  • Change enrollment status for multiple patients at once
Adding New Patients

Click Add Patient to register a new patient:

  • Fill in demographics, contact info, and insurance
  • Assign to a practice and primary provider
  • Set initial risk level and enrollment status
  • The system auto-generates an MRN on save
  • Import multiple patients at once via Import Patients
