• Routine: Standard review within 14 calendar days
• Urgent: Expedited review within 72 hours for non-life-threatening conditions requiring faster access
• Expedited: Life-threatening or serious health risk — decision within 24 hours. Requires clinical justification

The AI Scan feature automatically extracts clinical data from uploaded documents:

• Detects diagnosis codes from clinical notes
• Identifies requested procedures and CPT codes
• Extracts patient demographics and provider information
• Highlights fields requiring manual review

Confidence scores are shown for each extracted field. Always review low-confidence fields before submission.

Use Save Draft to preserve partially completed requests. Drafts are retained for 30 days. The recent submissions panel on the right shows your most recent requests with current status. Click any row to open the full request detail.
