Page Guide

Welcome to the eKlotho Inc Healthcare Administration Dashboard — your operational command center.

It aggregates key metrics, alerts, and insights from all modules in the portal.

The Pulse Strip at the top shows your most critical KPIs at a glance. Hover over any metric to see its 7-day trend.

Use the date range chips (Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter) in the header to adjust the time window.

Your dashboard content may vary based on your role and permissions.

Claims Pipeline Funnel: Shows claim volume and dollar amounts at each stage. Click any stage to jump to the filtered claims list.

Patient Risk Heatmap: Darker cells indicate more patients in that condition/severity combination. Focus on darkest Critical and High rows.

Revenue Chart: The shaded area between revenue and expense lines represents your margin. The MLR metric must stay above 80% for ACA compliance.

Activity River: Colored dots represent events across modules. A cluster of red dots may indicate a system issue worth investigating.

The Smart Alerts panel uses AI to rank alerts by urgency — Critical clinical alerts always surface first.

Use the filter chips (All, Clinical, Claims, Compliance, System) to focus on alerts relevant to your role.

AI Insights are generated based on pattern analysis of your organization's data and refresh periodically.

You can dismiss insights you've already acted on — dismissed insights won't reappear.

The Quick Actions bar provides one-click access to the most common workflows: new patients, claims, authorizations, appointments.

The Module Health grid shows red/amber/green status for each major module. Click any card to jump to its dashboard.

Use the sidebar navigation on the left for full access to all 191 pages in the portal.

The global search in the header bar searches across patients, claims, providers, and documents.
