📋 Page Guide

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) define the maximum time allowed for each operational process. This page lets you configure targets, alert thresholds, and escalation chains for each process.

  • Target Time — Ideal completion time for the process
  • Alert Threshold — When an alert is triggered (% of target time)
  • Escalation Time — When escalation to management is triggered

The compliance chart shows the monthly SLA compliance percentage for each process over the last 12 months. Compliance below 90% triggers an automatic review flag.

Configure how SLA breach alerts are delivered — email, in-app notifications, or escalation to specific staff. Each SLA rule can have a unique escalation chain.
