Claim History provides a complete searchable audit trail of all submitted claims. Use the advanced search and filters to narrow results by date, patient, provider, status, payer, or amount range.
Click any row to open the claim detail panel. It shows full adjudication details, EOB summary, payment history, and notes. From here you can file a dispute or request re-adjudication.
Use "Export CSV" for spreadsheet analysis or "Export X12 835" for EDI-compliant remittance files compatible with billing software.
