Emergency contacts are listed in priority order. Contact #1 is reached first in an emergency. Contacts can be reordered using the drag handle on the left.

Authorized contacts may receive protected health information (PHI). Non-authorized contacts can only be notified of emergency status without clinical details. Authorization must be documented in the consent forms.

Priority 1 — First contact in any emergency
Priority 2 — Contacted if Priority 1 unreachable
Priority 3 — Backup contact

Click "Add Contact" to add a new emergency contact. Use the Edit button on each card to update information. Drag the handle icon to reorder priority. All changes are audit-logged per HIPAA requirements.
