Remote monitoring devices are paired to the patient's account. Each device automatically syncs vital readings to the patient record via Bluetooth. Use the toggle to enable/disable each device.

Active — device connected and transmitting
Inactive — device disabled or not syncing
Battery Low — less than 20% battery remaining

Click Add Device to pair a new monitoring device. Patient must have the device app installed and Bluetooth enabled. Devices ship within 3–5 business days from the supply order form.

If device hasn't synced in 48h, send patient a reminder
Check battery level and advise patient to charge
For technical issues, contact device support at 1-800-555-MEDI
